West View Apartments-Williston, ND

In 2001, AHDI purchased a 16 unit, low-income, multi-family apartment complex in Williston in collaboration with Community Action Partnership, Dickinson/Williston.  HOME Funds and USDA Rural Development funds were used to rehabilitate the project.  AHDI remains the owner of the apartment complex and Community Action Partnership, Dickinson/Williston provides management.
