Lewis & Clark Apartments-Washburn, ND

AHDI co-developed a project with Lewis and Clark Enterprizes, Inc., which owns and manages 18 multi-family rental units located in Washburn.  AHDI assisted with the project development, provided technical assistance in applying for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Rental Rehab Assistance Program (RRAP) grants.  AHDI also provided HOME funds for the rehabilitation.
