16th Street Apartments-Minot, ND

In 2000, AHDI in collaboration with Community Action Opportunities, Inc. partnered with Rehab Services, Inc. (RSI) to rehabilitate 10 affordable, multi-family rental units located in Minot.

These units, called the 16th Street Apartments, are owned and managed by Neighborhood Development Enterprises, Inc.  HOME funds were used to assist with the rehabilitation.
