Park View Apartments-Kenmare, ND

In 1999, AHDI partnered with the Kenmare Housing Corporation (KHC) and Community Action Opportunities, Inc. to construct six rental units that use ground source heat pump technology.

This project used USDA-Rural Development funds, HOME funds, and a grant from the ND State Energy Department in building the apartment complex.  The KHC owns and manages the property, AHDI loaned HOME funds to KHC to assist with the project.
