Prairie Avenue Town Home Apartments-Dickinson, ND

AHDI, Community Action Partnership, Dickinson/Williston and MetroPlains Development, Inc., partnered to develop Prairie Avenue Town Home Apartments, a new construction project that serves families in Dickinson.  The project combined USDA-Rural Development 515 Loan, Low Income Housing Tax Credits, HOME Funds loaned from AHDI and Affordable Housing Program Funds.  AHDI is the co-general partner with MetroPlains.  The project, which has 24 units and includes four 1 bedroom, ten 2 bedroom and ten 3 bedroom units, was completed in 2006.  Four of the apartments are accessible or adaptable for people with disabilities.
