North View Apartments-Williston, ND

North View Apartments is a proposed 4 unit apartment complex located in Williston.  AHDI is working with Community Action Partnership Dickinson/Williston to complete this project.

Prairie Hills Townhomes-Dickinson, ND

Prairie Hills Townhomes is 36 two-story townhouse style units.  This project is in response to the destruction of Riverview Gardens by a tornado in July of 2009.  It will feature 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom units with full size washer & dryer hook-ups, attached garages and patios.  MetroPlains Management is the lead developer of the project which will be on two sites.  The first site is set to be complete Spring of 2011.

Williston Senior Apartment Homes-Williston, ND

AHDI is partnering with G.A. Haan Development to construct a senior living complex in Williston.  Williston Senior Apartment Homes is a 40 unit complex consisting of one and two bedroom units in a two story structure with an elevator.  The development will also include a community room and community kitchen.  Construction is set to begin in the Fall of 2010 with completion in the Fall of 2011.

Bayview Apartments and Townhomes-Parshall, ND

Bayview Apartments and Townhomes is a new construction that AHDI is partnering with Lutheran Social Services Housing on.  The development will be on two sites in Parshall and will consist of 2 and 3 bedroom units.  One site will host 2-two story four-plex buildings and the other site will have 6 single story twin homes. 

Linden Corners-Stanley, ND

Linden Corners is a rehabilitation of the former hospital in Stanley.  The renovation will create 17 units of affordable and market rate housing.  It will consist of efficiency units, 1 bedroom units, 2 bedroom units and 3 bedroom units.  AHDI is partnering with Lutheran Social Services on this development that will complete in 2011.
