Affordable Housing Developer's Inc. has a 7 member Board of Directors made up of 3 Executive Officers (one from each of the three Community Action Agencies), 3 Low-Income Representatives from regions 1 & 8, 2 and 7, and 1 Member-at-large. The executive officers of the board remain members of the AHDI Board of Directors until the termination of employment with their respective CAP Agency. The Low-Income Representatives serve a term of 3 years on the board. Currently, AHDI's Board of Directors includes:
